Greetings Concord,

Heating and Air Conditioner Seed: 

As you know our heating and cooling units need to be replaced.   We have received several estimates and have raised some money, but it will take an additional $15,000 to reach our goal.  We need your help.

We are asking each member to sow or raise a $250.00 seed offering towards this effort as soon as possible, but no later than Sunday, November 27, 2016.  Every Sunday we will be sowing a seed and if you can, please join us with a seed or at least portion of your seed.  Please put it in an offering envelope and write Heating and Air Seed on the envelope.

For those who are going to enlist the support of friends and family, contact Sis. Delores Murray or  Sis. Veneeta Phelps for a sample support letter template that you can edit.  You can send the letter to your friends and family and enclose a stamp-addressed envelope with your name in the lower left hand corner of the envelope.  Once you mail it, follow up with a phone call to ensure that they have received it and a thank you call once they have contributed to the project.  We will also send an official thank you letter from the church thanking them for their contribution.  

Budget Challenge: 

In order to reach our weekly budget for the next 2 months, we are asking you to give an“additional $10-$20” per week over and above your tithe and offerings.
