Good morning Concord,

We are excited about the upcoming Church anniversary celebration. During the meeting on yesterday, these are the people that volunteered to work to make our anniversary together.  Because of the number of people  we will be feeding, we will still need food donations to make this celebration a success.

If you were not about to sign up and see an area that you would like to assist, please email me and let me know.

We still need people to help decorate the church.

We would also like to have one evening that we use to clean the church in preparation for our guests. If possible, can we come together on Friday,  May 15^th to give the church a good cleaning prior to our guests coming on Saturday. We can have a group of volunteers come to the church at 10 am and work till 1 pm and the second group come at 3 or 4 pm and finish at 7 pm. This can also be a prep night for the cookout on the 16^th.

Remember, you can begin giving your sacrificial ($112.00 seed) offering now and if your family will be purchasing a table and chairs ($300.00), please contact Sis. Juanita Ames at 773-363-1377.
